My Experience

About Me

Judy Caine, BA, MBACP

Hello, I’m Judy. I’m a registered person-centred counsellor with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I offer a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.

I’m a certified online and telephone counsellor, and I have also trained with the Foundation for Infant Loss to support parents and families coping with pregnancy or infant loss.

Prior to setting up my own practice working 1-2-1 and with small groups, I worked with three agencies in Kettering, Leicester, and Peterborough — both online ( Zoom/ Teams) and in person. I now offer both online and face-to-face counselling in Corby and beyond.

How I Can Help

How I Work

If you are over 18 and looking for a confidential and supportive environment to explore your feelings with professional therapeutic support, I can help.

I offer 1-2-1 online counselling (Zoom / Teams), with session fees starting from £35 per session. I also provide an initial, no-obligation consultation so you can see if counselling feels right for you.
(Please note: all sessions are payable 24 hours in advance.)

I believe in the transformative power of therapy as a tool for personal growth and emotional healing. There is no time limit on the number of sessions you can have — we will work at your pace, guided by your needs. We’ll also carry out regular 4-weekly reviews to ensure the sessions remain helpful and relevant to you.

Sessions are available weekly or fortnightly, each lasting 50 minutes. Before starting, I’ll ask you to sign a basic counselling agreement which outlines how we’ll work together and what you can expect from our sessions.

Why not get in touch for an inital chat and perhaps arrange a no obligtaion consultation appointment.
